The EG4 MPPT100-48HV is a high-voltage MPPT solar charge controller for 48V battery banks. It accepts PV strings up to 500VDC, so you can wire long series strings with smaller conductors, and charges at up to 100A for fast recharge. An RS485 BMS port communicates with EG4 batteries, and a built-in PV disconnect and battery breaker protect the system. It's a strong way to add solar to an existing 48V system or to DC-couple more array capacity.
