These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sky Solar USA website, including all information, tools, materials, products, and services made available through the site (collectively, the “Service”). Solar equipment sold by Sky Solar USA is intended to be installed only by properly licensed, trained, and insured solar or electrical installation professionals. Customers should retain a qualified professional to install and implement purchased products. Sky Solar USA does not warrant the purchaser’s safety, the success of any installation, or compliance with applicable codes, permits, or regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Solar USA disclaims all express and implied warranties not expressly stated in writing, including warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information and the merchantability or fitness of products for a particular purpose. Used equipment and equipment identified as Grade B may not include a manufacturer’s warranty. Sales or promotional materials do not create or extend a warranty. Any installation guidance provided by Sky Solar USA before, during, or after a purchase is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice or services from a licensed and trained professional.
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Sky Solar USA harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the installation of products purchased by the customer.
Where permitted or required by applicable state law, we may elect to prepare or file a solar-related tax form on a customer’s behalf to address certain tax-collection requirements. By purchasing from Sky Solar USA, you authorize us to prepare and document such forms as reasonably necessary.
Section 6 — Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same customer account, payment card, billing address, or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided when the order was submitted. We may limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update that information, including your email address and payment-card details, so that we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.
