Thank you for shopping with Sky Solar USA. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Where We Ship
Checkout ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Caribbean, and Central and South America, contact us at customerservice@skysolarusa.com or (888) 831-0450. We will send you a shipping quote and a secure invoice to complete your order.

Shipping Costs: Small Items (under 20 lb)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
- Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $70.
- Express shipping is $15.

Shipping Costs: Packages (20–120 lb)
Batteries, inverters, racks, transfer switches and other items from 20 to 120 lb ship as packages by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Checkout shows live carrier rates based on your ZIP code and the weight of your order, and you choose the carrier and speed.

Shipping Costs: LTL Freight (over 120 lb)
Items over 120 lb ship by LTL freight at flat rates shown at checkout, based on the total weight of your freight items:
- Up to 500 lb: $395 terminal pickup, or $470 home delivery with liftgate
- 500 to 1,000 lb: $650 terminal pickup, or $725 home delivery with liftgate
- 1,000 to 2,000 lb: $1,295 terminal pickup, or $1,370 home delivery with liftgate
- Over 2,000 lb (for example, solar carports): $2,800 terminal pickup, or $2,875 home delivery with liftgate
Free freight: orders of $4,000 or more ship free to a freight terminal for items up to 500 lb (home delivery with liftgate is $75). Terminal pickup means you collect your order at the carrier's freight terminal nearest you, which is the lowest-cost option. Home delivery with liftgate brings it to your address and lowers it to the ground.

KOHLER Generators
KOHLER standby generators ship by freight directly from KOHLER. Flat freight rates by weight are shown at checkout, starting at $750 for terminal pickup or $825 for home delivery with liftgate.

Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after noon PT or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. We ship from warehouses in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Boca Raton, Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships. Parcel orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Freight orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information.

Freight Delivery Inspection
Please inspect freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. We can usually accommodate changes before your order ships. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method.
