The Fronius Smart Meter WR (wide range) is a bidirectional revenue-style energy meter that lets a Fronius system see exactly how much power the home or building is importing and exporting. Connected to a Fronius GEN24 or GEN24 Plus inverter over Modbus RTU, or to a Primo/Symo SnapINverter through the Fronius Datamanager 2.0, it enables consumption monitoring in Fronius Solar.web, dynamic feed-in limitation and zero-export, self-consumption optimization and, on GEN24 Plus systems, battery charge/discharge control. One meter covers single-phase split-service, three-phase wye and delta systems from 120 to 600 V line-to-line. Current transformers are not included; use 333 mV-output CTs sized for the service.
